CUP: The P&Z <br />Commission voted to accept the Findings of Fact as <br />amended at the 6/1/93 P&Z Commission Meeting and <br />recommended that City Council adopt them. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />With regard to the terms of the CUP for Danny's Tranny's: <br />The P&Z Commission directed staff to amend the <br />proposed resolution as follows: The legal description <br />under the 1st WHEREAS should read "Lots 2, 3 and 4, <br />Block 4, Gateway North..." In the 2nd WHEREAS, <br />after the June 1, 1993 date, insert "and June 7, 1993." <br />The last sentence under term (22) should read "In the event <br />the Permit Holder fails to comply with the terms of this <br />CUP, the City may, upon 30 days' written notice to the <br />Permit Holder, enter into the property..." The P&Z <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt <br />the proposed resolution as amended. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Regarding Danny's Tranny's request for site plan review: <br />The P&Z Commission directed Staff to amend the City <br />Staff review letter dated May 24, 1993 to include Lots 2, 3 <br />and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2, <br />and also verify the accuracy of the 27-inch proposed <br />structure elevation above road centerline, listed in item 3, <br />Building Elevation. Staff is also directed to amend any <br />reference to curbing in the site plan development permit to <br />allow for B-612 concrete or surmountable concrete. The <br />P&Z Commission voted to recommend City Council <br />approve the site plan for Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 4, <br />Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2 subject to <br />discussion and the amended City Staff review letter dated <br />May 24, 1993. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission directed Staff to draft an ordinance <br />amending side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #93-06-126 <br />(Bawden/Deemer/All/Absent Terry) adopting Findings of <br />Fact g0340 relating to Michael and Karen Segar's request <br />for a variance to thoroughfare setback requirements at 4911 <br />179th Lane N.W., with the following amendments: #15 <br />through #17 to be amended in the affirmative and add: <br />(18) "That the applied use is not for expansion <br />of public services on the property." <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br /> <br />
