7. That all occupants of the dwelling and accessory apartment shall be provided with off-street <br /> parking. <br /> <br />8. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to absolve the City from any and all obligation <br /> associated with the issuance of this conditional use permit as a result of the intensified use <br /> of the property. <br />9. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to accept all responsibility for maintaining the <br /> accessory apartment in accordance with applicable building and fire codes. <br /> <br /> 10. That the Permit Holder and/or property owner shall be responsible for aii City costs <br /> incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />11.
