Allow a one year time <br />frame for Mr. Karst to get his building up and site improvements <br />and that there will then be no outside storage on Lots 2, 3, and 4. <br />Adopt a site inspection list for the first year where Staff will go <br />through Mr. Karst's operation and check off the items. This will be <br />done on a monthly basis at no cost to Mr. Karst. Any follow-up <br />inspection as a result of a violation will be charged to Mr. Karst. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Danny's Trannys on Lots 2, 3 and <br />4, Block 4, Gateway North industrial Park Plat #2 contingent upon <br />modifying the site plan to show an alternate holding tank location <br />(or septic system - depending on the City Engineer's request) and <br />describing integration of color and/or texture into the block <br />building. Please execute development permit. <br /> <br />Council voted to table the action on Wayne Johnson's request for <br />rezoning until such time as the City has completed updating the land <br />use element of its Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Council voted to table any action on the toll bridge concept until a <br />later date at which time the City of Dayton has come to some type of <br />consensus regarding such bridge. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for the ParaBody expansion <br />contingent upon the applicant modifying the site plan to reflect the <br />use of bituminous berm on the west loading driveway and submittal <br />of an acceptable erosion control plan. Execute development permit. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Chestnut Hill 4th Addition in <br />accordance with Staff's recommendation. Execute Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Verify the accuracy of the site location map for Rum River Hills <br />P.U.D., per Commissioner Deemer's instruction. <br /> <br /> <br />
