Pending Pending Pending Pending Pending 4/6/93 4/6/92 4/23/92 2/16/93 2/16/93 Monthly Status Report With regard to Townhouses of Rum River: The P&Z Commission voted to recommend approval of the concept of a 12-unit townhouse development for Lot 1, Block 1, and outlet C, Rum River Hills, subject to the following conditions: 1) Demonstration that individual on-sit sewer systems can be accommodated according to applicable codes; 2) Demonstration that adjacent easement-area lands have sufficient available suitable soils to accommodate back-up drainfield areas for the 12 units; 3) Receipt of amended comments from Metropolitan Council Staff; 4) Further review by legal counsel of the precedent which would be set by approval of this project; 5) Water supply system to be approved by appropriate agencies; 6) The party wall between units are to be constructed of fin:e-proof material; 7) City staff receiving assurances from Metropolitan Council that approval of the project will not endanger the possibility of any future MUSA expansions within the City. Forward to City Council. The P&Z recommended that the developers of Mississippi Heights proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval with the western cul-de- sac drawn as a through street. Draft an ordinance for the Planning and Zoning Commission's consideration to modify the building permit application on 2-1/2 acres or tess to require a Certificate of Survey.
