Ramsey's Parks and Utilities Coordinator, Mark Boos, is <br />available for consultation in preparing the tree preservation plan. <br /> <br />p~k Dedication: In it's current comfiguration, it is anticipated that the park dedication will <br />consist of a cash payment for Chesmut Ridge. Any changes to the proposed plat would be <br />reviewed by the Park and Recreauon Commission for revisions to park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, <br />1993~ to consider your request for preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Ridge.
