CASE <br /> <br />PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AMENDMENT (MUSA EXPANSION) <br />By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may be aware the City has submitted a proposal to the Metropolitan Council for an <br />expansion of the MUSA area. This expansion of the MUSA area will include a total of 4,365 <br />acres. This expansion as defined in the Major Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment delivered with your agenda will extend the MUSA line out to 153rd/155th <br />Crosstown arterial.
