The Board of Adjustment <br />approved 1-12, deleted 13, and directed Staff to amend 14 through <br />20 in the aff'u'mative. The Board added a finding to read "That <br />there currently exists an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure on the property." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g93-10-248 (Deemer/Bawden/AlI) adopting <br />Findings of Fact g0348, as amended, relating to Gary Miller's <br />request for a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on Lot 4, Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres. <br /> <br />Regarding the terms of the variance for Gary Miller: The Board of <br />Adjustment approved 1 through 4.and directed Staff to add a term <br />to read "This variance also applies to the existing accessory <br />structure on the subject property." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g93-10-249 (I)eemer/Thorud/All), as amended, <br />approving the issuance of a variance to Gary Miller to construct an <br />accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal <br />structure on Lot 4, Bowers Mississippi Acres, and declaring terms <br />of same. <br /> <br />As per Chairperson Hendriksen's request, prepare a case to elect a <br />new chairperson at the next Board of Adjustment meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
