(This was at Mr. Peterson's request). <br /> <br />Findings of Fact relating to Thomas and Carrie Otson's request for a <br />CUP to maintain a horse . . .: Make the following amendments: #1: <br />Delete the word derby. #14: "That the proposed use will not create <br />excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities <br />and services and will not be detrimental to the .... "Add a findings <br />to read "No negative comments were received at the public <br />hearing held on October 5, 1993." The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the findings <br />of fact, as amended, pertaining to Carrie Olson's request to maintain <br />a horse at 15811 Okapi Street N.W. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit relating to Thomas and Carrie Olson's <br />request for a horse . . .: Make the following amendments: #3: <br />Delete Any future re-construction or new construction of <br />an accessory building by Thomas or Carrie Olson that is <br />intended to provide shelter for the animal, including a <br />run-in shed, shall be constructed in accordance with <br />City Code requirements at that time. Add in place of the <br />deletion: "Allow the shed to remain at the current <br />location, no closer than 50 feet to the property line as <br />tong as this conditional use permit is in effect." The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council approve Carrie Olson's request to maintain a horse at <br />15811 Okapi Street N.W. and declare terms of conditional use <br />permit, as amended. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council grant final plat approval to Northfork Point 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />With regard to the request for preliminary plat approval of <br />Chestnut Ridge - Commissioner Deemer mentioned Krypton as a <br />through street and you offered to check to see if that's feasible. This <br />case was tabled at Mr. Peterson's request and will be on the next <br />P&Z agenda. <br /> <br />With regard to Preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Square, the <br />P&Z voted to recommend that City Council grant preliminary plat <br />approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated 9/30/93, consideration of Anoka County Highway Department <br />recommendations, resolution of the recommendation for sidewalks <br />in the plat. prior review by the Park and Recreation Commission <br />and that the P&Z see the final plat with all the necessary grading <br />documents before it goes to City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
