CONDITIONAL USE ~EP~'.IT (CUP) <br />DANNY' $ ALUKINUM PROCEEEING, INC. <br /> <br />On November 13, 1990, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued <br />by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Darn~y's A!u~inum Processing, Inc. <br />("Permit Holder") to operate an aluminum processing facility in the <br />I-1 Industrial District on 1.6 acres of land legally described as <br />f ol 1 ows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Blo=k 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plate ~2, AnOka <br />County, Minnesota, hereinafer "site". <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section !70.013D of ~he Ramsey <br />City Code· The conditions of this pa.--mit are as follows: <br /> <br />Ten-k. · This pe.--mit shall remain in effect so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from ~he site.and operations shall <br />be in compliance with and regulated by ~he State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7010.0010 to <br />7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City <br />perfo.--manoe requirements. <br /> <br />Dust/Ash/Par~iculates. The emission of dust, ash or o~_her <br />particulate matter shall be in compliance ~ith and regulated <br />by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota Rules 7005·00!0 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A <br />and 40 CFR Pa.-~ 50, as amended except as modified herein by <br />City parfo_--mance requirements. <br /> <br />odor. The emission of odor ~rom ~,he operation shall be in <br />comp!ian=e with and regulated by ~-he State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City performance <br /> <br />Smoke. The emission of smoke from ~Jne operation shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by ~he State of F~nnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, F~nnesota Rules 7005.0480 subp. <br />!.B., as amended except as modified herein by City perfo~--mance <br />rec~irements. <br /> <br />.~u_--na=e E~.issions and Monitoring. -~missions ~rom ~he melt <br />fu_--nace shall comply with S~ate and Federal regulations as <br />they exist and may be modified from time to time d~ring the <br />period of this ~JP. An independent testing laboratory shall <br />conduct emissions monitoring at least once per year or on a <br />more frequent basis if pollutants are in excess cf standards. <br />The Pe_--mit Holder shall make a complete repor~ avail~b!e to <br />the City ~ithin thi~y (30) days of completion by the testing <br />!aborato_~y.
