The cost of such testing and <br />repo~s shall be borne by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />OUTLINE OF REVISED MONI.TQRING PROGRAM <br /> <br />Sample <br /> <br />Parameter <br /> <br />Frequency* <br /> <br />Stack ~missions Particulates, opacity, <br /> <br />knnua!ly (3 samples <br />minimum per event) <br /> <br />*Assumes no significant change in wastes to be incinerated. <br /> <br />The City and ~he Pe.--mit Holder may mutually agree to revise <br />the monitoring program from time to time. Such revisions <br />shall be authorized in accordance wi~h Condition 36 herein. <br /> <br />Installation of Afterburners. The Permit Holder shall install <br />and operate afterburners for each melt f,urnace to minimize <br />stack emissions. An afterburner unit shall be installed on <br />each melt furnaoe no later ~han March !5, 199!. <br /> <br />Emeraencv Emissions TestinG. If, in the opinion of the City <br />Administrator or his authorized representative, it <br />determined to conduct pollution tests during an officially <br />reposed incident, the City may contract with an independent <br />testing laborato.--y who shall be permitted access to <br />facility to conduct tests as may be prescribed by ~he City and <br />to evalute conditions of the facility. The cost of such <br />evaluation testing and report, s shall be bo~ne by the Permit <br />Holder and payment for such costs will be due within 30 days <br />of the invoice date. <br /> <br />LCorrective Actions. The City may order the Pea--mit Holder to <br /> unde~ake corrective actions within specific timeframes based <br /> on test results or evalutions to remedy pollution problems or <br /> nuisance complaints. If the Permit Holder fails to take <br /> corrective action within specified time frames, it may be <br /> date.--mined by the City Couancil to be a violation of the CUP. <br /> and cause for permit revocation. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Dissassemb!~ of End,nest Transmissions, Other Feedstock. <br />Dissassemb!y of engines, tranmissions shall not be permitted <br />on the Site under this conditional Use Permit. Disassembly <br />of the feedstock is permitted only within an opaquely screened <br />area or within the building. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
