The number of <br />dtunpsters on Lots 2 and 3 shall be limited to two for <br />containment of office waste. <br />Storage of buses for feedstock on Lots 2 and 3 as of <br />November 1, !990 may continue until the supply is <br />completely reduced. No additional or replacement stock <br />may be brought to t_he prope~y. <br /> <br />15. Hazardous Wastes. No hazardous wastes, as defined by the U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency or Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency (MPCA), shall be burned, stored or handled at the <br /> · facility. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Ash.. All ash from the facility shall be removed ~om t he~- site <br />on, a regular basis, shall not be stockpiled in excess of 35 <br />tons on the propert~y, shall be stored indoors and shall be <br />processed or deposited in an U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency approved landfill. <br /> <br />Ash DisDosal. Prior to ~he date this permit becomes <br />effective, Permit Holder shall submit a copy of ~he written <br />agreement or certification from the designated ash processing <br />and/or disposal facility that said facility is willing to <br />accept the ash. The Permit Holder shall notify the City of <br />any change in ash processing/disposal facilities within 30 <br />days of such change. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
