Ail hauling, processing, separating, <br />disposal and other activities incidental to t_he aluminum <br />processing operation shall be conducted in confo.-mance with <br />state and federal regulations and in accordance with the <br />applicable requirements of the Performance Standards of the <br />City Code (Section !70.017). Operations must be conducted so <br />as to minimize noise, safety, smoke or or_her nuisance concerns <br />~o adjacent properties. <br /> <br />pest Control. Insects and 'rodents on the site shall be <br />controlled and exterminated as needed and additional control <br />may be directed by t_he City Inspector subject to all <br />applicable laws, rules and regulations. <br /> <br />Litter Control. Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. shall be <br />responsible for removing debris caused by vehicles using the <br />aluminum processing facility. Debris removal activities <br />shall be instituted promptly following information of such <br />accumulation. In the even~ the Permit Holder fails to remove <br />debris within 24 hours of notice of accumulation by the City, <br />the City may cause such debris to be removed. The City shall <br />bill the cost of such removal tot he Permit Holder and payment <br />shall be r~mitted within 30 days cf the date of such billing. <br />Visual check~ for debris accumulation shall be made at least <br />once daily by employees of the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Aluminum Processin~ Eo~ioment. All e.~uipment and vehicles <br />utilized in ~he conduct of business at Danny's Ai%n~inum <br />Processing, Inc. shall be periodically inspected and main- <br />rained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safety <br />concerns. <br /> <br />23.-LWater Qua!ltv. Surface and ground waters originating outside <br /> and passing ~ough or adjacent to the Site and runoff water <br /> discharged from the Site shall, at its point of depa.--~ure from <br /> the Site, meet all applicable federal and state water quality <br /> standards as they exist from time to time during the period <br /> of this CUP. The operator shall perform any water treatnnent <br /> necessary to comply with applicaJole slate and federal water <br /> quality standards as they exist from time to time during the <br /> .period of this CUP. Grading and drainage plans shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. Berming shall <br /> be installed as necessa~--y to control run-off. <br /> <br /> <br />
