15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Off street parking shall be provided such that there is at least one parking space for each <br />employee on the maximum working shift plus 3 spaces for visitor parking. <br /> <br />Pave off-street parking is provided. <br /> <br />All storage areas, parking areas and driveways shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br />There is a concrete surface on the site. <br /> <br />Surface and ground waters originating outside and passing through or adjacent to the site <br />and runoff water discharged from the site shall, at its point of departure from the site, meet <br />· all applicable federal and state water quali~, standards. <br /> <br />Furnace Emissions shall be monitored at least once per year or more frequently if pollutants <br />are in excess of standards. <br /> <br />The Cit.,,, received emissions test results for tests performed December 20 and 27, 1990 and <br />July I7, 1992. Emissions test was not provided in I991. <br /> <br />The emission of smoke, odor, and dust/ash particulates shall be in compliance with MPCA <br />standards. <br /> <br />MPCA conducted a visual inspection of Danny's Aluminum on December 11, 1992 and <br />their verbal report to me was that there are no violations to report at Dannfs Aluminum and <br />that additional emissions testing, besides those testing results submitted with his application <br />for afterburners, was not warranted. <br /> <br />The status of Lots 2, 3 and 4 is that the3, are zoned Industrial. These lots were being used for <br />exterior storage which requires a conditional use permit; Mr. Karst does not have a conditional use <br />permit for that use. All feedstock buses and other miscellaenous materials were removed or were <br />in the process of being removed. The remaining uses on the property include storage of building <br />supplies for proposed building on the site and off-street parking of semi-trailers. <br /> <br /> <br />
