As vou will note in the attached excerpt of City Charter, Section <br />3.2.1., "At no rime shall the same councilmember act as liaison for the same precinct <br />during his/her full four year term..." You will also note that no councilmember shall act as <br />liaison to the city at large for a period longer than one year during his/her full four year <br />term; however, Councilmember Peterson has been assigned that designation twice.
