Project Goal. <br /> <br />Goals of developing the new facili~ are as :follows: <br />A. Increase the number of women and ch.i.ldren/youth who can be <br />sheltered at Alexandra House from 17 to 3D in order to decrease <br />the number of families that must be turned away. <br /> <br />B.
