Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 22. 1992. Council introduced an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of rhe <br />Ramsey City Code. The adoption of this ordinance would allow Council to change it's <br />meeting time and also amend it's order of business from time to time. Adoption of this <br />ordinance would also require any member serving on a Board or Commission for the City <br />of Ramsey must be a Ramsey resident <br /> <br />Enclosed for your review are the relevant sections of Chapter 2 pursuant to these issues. <br />Staff suggested amendment in the meering rime to 7:00 p.m. from 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Adopt the ordinance as presented.
