SlTMMARY The follOwmg offi~ial summary of Ordinance #92-XX has been approved by the Ciry Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the rntent and effect of the ordinance: It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #92-XX to updare the Chapter in accordance with rhe City Chaner and Minnesota Statutes regarding Council. Council Boards and Council Commissions and the manner in which these Boards and Commissions conduct business activities including the order of business, organization of meetings, Commission and Board composition, duties and responsibilities and rules and procedures.
