The Ramsey Building Code Board of Appeals is created pursuant to <br />~204 of the Building Code of the CIty of Ramsey adopred by *~i.Ol of the eny Code. and IS <br />hereinafrer referred to as the "Board", <br /> <br />2.04.02 <br /> <br />2.04.03 <br /> <br />~44 <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Meetings. <br /> <br />a, Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting of the Board shall be held each year <br />on the second Monday in January. <br /> <br />b. Regular Meeting. Regular meetIngs of the Board shall be held on notice <br />from the secretary within ten working days after an appeal is filed with the <br />Board. If additional time is required. an extension to the ten working days <br />may be granted with approval of the chairperson. <br /> <br />Application and appeals. <br /> <br />Subd. 1.
