Application for Interpretation of the Building Code. Any person <br />wno desires an interpretation of the Building Code shall first submit a written <br />request for an interpretauon to the Buildmg Official. Such request shall <br />include: <br /> <br />The name and address of the applicant. and if the applicant is acung as <br />agenr for another. rhe name and address of rhe person, firm or <br />corporntion for whom the applicant is agent. <br /> <br />A description of the rype of building or structure and the specific phase <br />of the work to be perlonned which gives rise to the request for an <br />interpretation. <br /> <br />A citation to the section or sections of the Building Code for which an <br />interpretation is requesred. <br /> <br />An applicant who is dissatisfied with an interpretation of the Building <br />Official may thereupon appeal to the Board as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Appeals. Any person who is dissatisfied with an interpretation or <br />de::.:ision of the Building Official rendered in resoonse to an application therefore may appeal to the <br />Board for irs review and decision.
