Any person wno desires an interpretation of the Building Code shall first submit a written request for an interpretauon to the Buildmg Official. Such request shall include: The name and address of the applicant. and if the applicant is acung as agenr for another. rhe name and address of rhe person, firm or corporntion for whom the applicant is agent. A description of the rype of building or structure and the specific phase of the work to be perlonned which gives rise to the request for an interpretation. A citation to the section or sections of the Building Code for which an interpretation is requesred. An applicant who is dissatisfied with an interpretation of the Building Official may thereupon appeal to the Board as hereinafter provided. Subd. 1. Appeals. Any person who is dissatisfied with an interpretation or de::.:ision of the Building Official rendered in resoonse to an application therefore may appeal to the Board for irs review and decision. An appeal shall be in \vriting and shall include a reference to the panicular application in response to whi::.:h rhe interpretation or decision being appealed was rendered. 1. .., 3.
