After conclusion of a hearing on an appeal. the <br />Board shall rhen act on rhe matter or it shall rake the matter under <br />advisement and defer acrlOn until a date cenain which dare shall be as <br />soon thereafter as practicable. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Action of board on appeal, <br /> <br />a, Form. Every final decision of the Board on an appeal shall be in writing, <br />shall comain findings of rhe Board. shall be signed by the chairperson, and <br />shall contain the roll call vore of the members of the Board. <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Appeal Involving a Variance in New Construction.
