Barthol d wi 11 guat~~mtee. in writ ing , <br />that he will keep the number of pigs to 350 (the number he <br />has now), and is will ing to make the concrete improvements <br />to the site, no further legal action should be taken. <br /> <br />As we mentioned during the council meeting, we have no <br />problems with 4-5 days a summer having an odor problem--its <br />the oroblem of not being able to use your yard, have a <br />picnic, have windows open or entertain without someone <br />mentioning the hot~ribl e smell, that we feel we shoul d not <br />have to tolerate.
