That pan of Government Lot 4, Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 lying south of U.S. Highway No. 10 as it nov,, exists, except the easterly 158 feet. -and- The easterly 158 feet of that part of Government Lot 4, Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 lying south of U.S. Highway No. 10 as it now exists. -and- The west I32 feet of Lot 6, Auditors Subdivision No. 33. -and- The east I32 feet of Lot 6, Auditors Subdivision No. 33. -and- That part of Lot 8, Auditors Subdivision No, 33. That part of the following described tract which lies within Government Lot 5, Section 19, Township 32, Range 25. That pan of Government Lots 5 and 6 and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northwesterly of a line parallel with and 349 feet southeasterly as measured at right angles from the second following described line and which lies southwesterly of a line running parallel with and distant 100 feet southwesterly of the first following described line and southeasterly of the second following described line. 1. From a point on the west line of said Section 19 distant 1634.7 feet south of the northwest corner thereof running southeasterlv at an angle of 51 degrees 50 minutes with said west line for a distance of 1582.3 feet, thence deflecting to the left on a 1 degree 00 minute curve delta angle 4 degrees 40 minutes for a distance of 466.7 feet; thence on a tangent to said curve for a distance of 836 feet, thence deflecting to the right on a 1 degree 00 minute curve delta angle 7 degrees 16 minutes for a distance of 726.7 feet; thence on a tangent to said curve for a distance of 198.5 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence continue southeasterly on said last described course for a distance of 600 feet and there terminating. 2..Beginning at the point of beginning of the above described line, thence running southwesterly at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes with the above described line for a distance of 900 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the northerly shore of the Mississippi River, also that part of Government Lot 6, said Section 19, lying southwesterly of a line running parallel with and distant 75 feet southwesterly of the extension southeasterly of the first described line and lying northwesterly of a line parallel with and 349 feet southeasterly as measured at right angles to said second described line. Subject to the reservation to the State of Minnesota of a strip of land 50 feet in width as described in Deed Record No. 174, Page 27, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to and together with a 25 foot easement for road purposes the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and 349 feet southeasterly as measured at right angles to said second described line and a line parallel wit[ and 75 feet southwesterly as measured at right angles to said southwesterly extension of said first described line, thence southwesterly along said line parallel with said second described line a distance of 405 feet and there terminating. -and- That part of Lot 9, Auditors Subdivision No. 33.
