SECTION 2. MAP The City En~neer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the City of Ramsey Zoning Map, which map was adopted pursuant .to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance 4493-__, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.20.03, subd. 1I and Section 9.20.25 have been repealed to eliminate the Rural Business District and the definition thereof. The Zoning Map is to be amended to rezone all Rural Business parcels to to B-1 Business SECTION 4. REPEAL Section 9.20.03, subd. 11 and Section 9.20.25 are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
