The Permit Holder shall, at all times, have a sufficient supply of <br />fire extinguishers located throughout the operation in conformance with the Uniform Fire <br />Code. <br /> <br />Fire Lanes. The Permit Bolder shall properly construct and maintain all season paved <br />fire lanes or properly pave and maintain dhves and clearances to serve as fire lanes for the <br />street side of the property to the back of the property. <br /> <br />Contingency Action Plan. The owner or operator must prepare and maintain a <br />contingency action plan for the aluminum processing facility. The plan must discuss what <br />specific actions will be taken if a fire, spill or release occurs at the facility and that back-up <br />system exists if portions of the facility are closed for any period of time. The plan must <br />also identify a responsible contact person or persons for the facility who could be reached <br />24 hours a day in the event of a fire, spill, release or other serious problems along with <br />their home addresses and phone numbers. <br /> <br />Trailer/Vehicle Storage. The use of trailers, trucks or vehicles for long term storage <br />(longer than 30 consecutive days) is prohibited. All vehicles and a,.ilers on site must bear a <br />current hcense, be registered, and must be road worthy. <br /> <br />Structures and Site Improvements. The placement, design and construction of new <br />structures or additions to existing structures and site improvements shall comply with City <br />Code and applicable state codes and OSHA requirements. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer. The Permit Holder agrees to connect to City sewer and water at the <br />time sewer and water is extended to the area and herein a~ees to join in a petition for such <br />improvements when such petitions are presented. <br /> <br />Height Limit on Equipment. The crane may be operated at it s full height but while <br />being stored on the site shall not be stored at a height greater than the height of the smoke <br />stack on the principal structures on the site. <br /> <br />Closure Due to CUP Revocation, Other Circumstances. In the event this CUP <br />is revoked or the Permit Holder closes operation of the aluminum processing operation for <br />any reason, including but without limitation, order of the court or other agency of <br />competent jurisdiction, bankruptcy, insolvency, or abandonment, the Permit Holder shall <br />immed.iately proceed to remove all feedstock and other material from the site. In the event <br />the Permit Holder fails to comply with the terms of this CUP, the CiD, may, upon 30 days' <br />written notice to the Permit Holder enter into the property and perform ali such obligations, <br />the costs of which shall be borne by the Permit Holder or, in default thereof, by its surety. <br /> <br />Financial Assurance. Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. shall submit financial <br />assurances as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Charges and Fees. Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. agrees to pay to the City <br />upon the issuance of this CUP a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City <br />for engineering, legal and administratix/e expenses reasonably incurred during the <br />consideration and development of this CUP. The Permit Holder shall reimburse the <br />City for all administrative fees incurred by the City in connection with inspection of <br />the aluminum processing operation and administration of this CUP. <br /> <br />In the event the City incurs additional reasonable costs occasioned solely by the <br />presence of this use within the C/fy of Ramsey for personnel training, specialized <br />equipment, risk insurance or increased contract costs for providing fire department <br /> <br /> <br />
