Tom Brunner, 15520 Basalt asked how long this license would be good, and if it has to be
renewed. He indicated his concern is if the business grows, when it would have to move out of
the home.

Community Development Director Frolik stated the license Mr. Corolewski has applied for is
restricted to only residents of the home. She indicated the City has the right to inspect the
premises annually, and if there is too much activity they could schedule a public hearing to
revoke the license or change the conditions.

Chairperson Nixt verified as long as the applicant is in compliance with the regulations he will be
allowed to continue.

Commissioner Van Scoy asked if the applicant would be storing firearms in his home, and if so,
what security he has.

Mr. Corolewski stated he would be storing customer's firearms, and has a good gun safe.

Adjourn

Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt to close the public hearing at
7:34 p.m.

Motion carried.
