PROP()$ED ORDINANCE #93- <br /> <br /> CITY ()F RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> ~qTATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER <br />IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OF TIIE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. ,AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.16 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.16 B-1 Business District <br /> <br /> Subdivision i. Intent: The purpose of the B-l, Business District is to <br />provide for areas of commercial development which accommodate shopper type goods and <br />services as contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial activities. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Retail business. <br /> <br /> b. Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> <br /> c. Offices and banks. <br /> <br /> d. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br /> e. Commercial car washes (drive through, mechanical, self service) <br /> f. Funeral homes. <br /> <br /> o Medical clinics. <br /> 1::::' · <br /> <br /> h. Animal clinics. <br /> <br /> i. Day care centers. <br /> <br /> j. Adult uses-accessou,. <br /> <br /> k. Other uses may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use <br /> permit. <br /> <br />NOTE: No use which discharges non-domestic sewage shall be permitted on a property <br />which is not served by sanitau, sewer and municipal water unless it can be demonstrated to <br /> <br /> <br />
