Councilmcmber <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-16 (WATER AND <br />SEWER EXTENSION TO PIN 25-32-25-23-0004) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council on November 10, 1992, fixed a date for a <br />Public hearing on the proposed improvement water and sewer extension to PIN 25-32-25-23-0004 <br />(Project 092-16); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following such public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on December 22, 1992, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council motion adopted <br />November 10, 1992 accepting feasibility study. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of March, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
