Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-03- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PI,ANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-21 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF SERVICE ROAD ADJACENT TO TOM THUMB MARKET AT 14911 RAMSEY BLVD. N.W.) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the December 22, 1992, fixed a date for a Public hearing on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of the service road adjacent to Tom Thumb Market at 14911 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Project g92~21); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WItEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' !published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the January 12, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted December 22, 1992. 2) That Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of March, 1993.
