AWARD BID FOR VETERINARIAN SERVICES AT THE 1993 ANNUAL SPRING PET CLINIC By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator CASE Background: The City of Ramsey advertised in the March issue of the Ramsey Resident to receive bids for the opportunity to serve as the exclusive veterinarian for the City of Ramsey at its 1993 spring pet clinic which is scheduled for Saturday, May 1, 1993 from 8:00 a.m. until noon. Two of the three shots bid were lower than the others and it is a Ramsey business.
