Councilrn~mber inmoduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNNY PONDS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development,/nc,, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot C, Sunny Ponds, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on March 16, 1992, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds); and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 23, 1992 and recommended acceptance of land and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHEREAS, on Ma5, 5, 1992, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds) and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 26, 1992 and approved the preliminary plat for Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds); and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 23, 1992 and approved the final plat for Sunny Ponds. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF. MINNESOTA, as follows: t) That the City Council hereby pants final plat approval of Sunny Ponds 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of April, 1993.
