Grading and Drainage; The rough grading for this Addition has been accomplished in <br />accordance with the approved Grading and Drainage Plan submitted at the time of <br />preliminary plat approval of Sunny Ponds. The drainage from the entire addition will flow <br />to a sedimentation basin prior to discharging into the DNR wetland. <br /> <br />Submission of Engineering Plans: The developer plans to construct the <br />improvements as a private project without City financing. Engineering plans for streets and <br />utilities must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to releasing <br />the plat for recording. These plans must be signed by a registered professional engineer, <br />licensed in Minnesota. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting on Tuesday, April 13, 1993 to consider your request for <br />final plat approval. It is important that you, or >,our representative, be present to answer any <br />quesnons that may arise.
