Councllmcmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-05- RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~85-2, CITY FUND #321, COUNTY FUND #1228. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 85-2 is identified as Water and Sewer Extension for Oxbow Addition; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: Pin Number R25-32-25-43-0045 Oct. 16, 1992 Prepaid Amount $4,674.63 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment rolt at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project #85-2, City Fund #321, County Fund #1228 for parcel R25-32-25--43-0045. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved of the Councirs action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 11th day of May, 1993.
