Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-05- RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #86-17A AND 84-13, CITY FUND #314 and #321, COUNTY FUND #1423 and #1230 RESPECTIVELY. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Numbers 86-17A and 84-13 are identified as Water and Sewer Extension for Flintwood Hills 3rd Addition and Water System Improvements for Flintwood Hills respectively; and WHEREAS, prepayments were received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follows: Pin Number Prepaid Date Prepaid Amount 86-I7A R25-32-25-34-0059 Oct. I3, 1992 $11,305.27 84-13 R25-32-25-34-0059 Oct. 13, 1992 $3,104.88 WHEREAS, these prepayments were not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Projects #86-17A and 84-13, City Fund #314 and #321, County Fund #1423 and #1230 respectively for parcel R25-32-25-34-0059. 2) That the City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owners involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 1 lth day of May, 1993.
