Councilmcmber adoption: introduced the followin~ resolution mud moved for its RESOLUTION g93-05. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY COMMONS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has property apphcd for final plat approval on thc following described property located in thc City of Rarnsey: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Rarnscy Commons; Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2, Sunny Ponds; Anoka Count),, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on January 5, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, thc Ramscy Park and Recreation Commission met on January 13, 1993 and recommended acceptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHEREAS, on March 2, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 23, 1993 and approved the preliminary plat for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ram~ey City Council this the 11th day of May, 1993.
