defined in M. S. ~ 157.16, subd. 3d, as it may be amended from time to time. An establishment <br />which serves prepackaged food that receives heat treatment and is served in the package or <br />fi'ozen pizza that is heated and served, shall not be considered to be a restaurant for purposes of <br />this chapter unless it meets the definitions of "small establishment", "medium establishment" or <br />"large establishment". <br /> <br />7.51.04 l'rohibited Acts on the Premises of Licensed Establishments <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. The following acts or conduct in establishments serving on-sale <br />intoxicating and 3.2 malt liquor and licensed pursuant to this section within the City are deemed <br />contrary to the public welfare and morals and therefore are prohibited: <br /> <br /> a. To employ or use any person in the sale or service of any commodities or <br />products while such person is unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothing as to expose to <br />view any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola or any portion of the pubic hair, <br />anus, cleft of the buttocks, or genitals. <br /> <br /> b. To employ or use the services of any host or hostess while such host or hostess is <br />unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothing as described in the above subsection. <br /> <br /> c. To encourage or permit any person on the licensed premises to touch, caress, or <br />fondle the breasts, buttocks, anus, or genitals of any other person. <br /> <br /> d. To permit any employee or person to wear or use any device or covering exposed <br />to view, which simulates the breast, genitals, anus, pubic hair, or any portion thereof. <br /> <br /> c. To permit any employee or person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who <br />exposes to public view the post pubertal human male or female genitals, pubic area, or cleft of <br />thc buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the post-pubertal female <br />breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion thereof below the tope of the areola, <br />or thc depiction of covered male genitals in a discernible turgid state. <br /> <br />f. To permit any person to perform acts of or acts which simulate: <br /> <br />1. Sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, <br /> flagellation, or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. <br /> <br />2. The touching, caressing, or fondling of the breast, buttocks, anus, or genitals. <br /> <br />3. The displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva, genitals, or the nipple or areola <br /> of the female breast. <br /> <br />g. To permit any person to use artificial devices or inanimate objects to depict any of <br /> the prohibited activities described above. <br /> <br />h. To permit the showing of film, still pictures, electronic reproduction, or any other <br /> visual reproductions depicting: <br /> <br /> <br />
