Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, <br />bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation, or any sexual acts which are <br />prohibited by law. <br /> <br />2. Any person being touched, caressed, or fondled on the breast, buttocks, <br /> anus, or genitals. <br /> <br />3. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva, the anus, or the genitals. <br /> <br />Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to <br />depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any of the prohibited <br />activities described above. <br /> <br />To permit any employee or person under contract to perform on the licensed <br />premises, to dance on any table, bar, or other elevated platform, except on a duly <br />designated stage designed exclusively for the entertaimnent of patrons of the <br />premises, said stage to be located at least three (3) feet from any patron. <br /> <br />j. To permit any prostitute to loiter on the premises with the interest to solicit. <br /> <br />To permit that conduct prohibited by M.S.§ 617.246, which statute is entitled <br />"Use of Minors in Sexual Performance Prohibited." Said statute is hereby <br />incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. A copy of said statute is on <br />file for use and examination in the office of the City Administrator. Incorporation <br />of said statute herein is not intended to effect the prosecution of this statute as a <br />felony pursuant to Subdivisions 2 and 3 of said M.S.§617.246. <br /> <br />7.51.05 Consumption in Public Places <br /> <br /> No person shall consume intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor in a public park, <br />on any public street, sidewalk, parking lot or alley, or in any public place other than on the <br />premises of an cstablishment licensed under this ordinance, in a municipal liquor dispensary if <br />onc exists in Ramsey, or where the consumption and display of liquor is lawfully permitted. <br /> <br />7.51.06 Number of Licenses Which May be Issued <br /> <br /> As a third class City defined in M.S.§410.01, the City may issue a maximum of 12 on- <br />sale intoxicating liquor licenses and there is no statutory limit on the number of off-sale <br />intoxicating liquor licenses the City may issue. State law leaves the maximum number of off- <br />sale liquor licenses in the sound discretion of the City Council. <br /> <br />7.51.07 Ter~n and Expiration of Licenses <br /> <br /> Each license shall be issued for a maximum period of one year. All licenses, except <br />temporary licenses, shall expire on June 30 of each year unless another date is provided by <br />ordinance. All licenses shall expire on the same date. Temporary licenses expire according to <br /> <br /> <br />
