a street entering a through street or highway. In addition a supporting consideration is <br />also present in the limited sight distance available to the approaching traffic from the <br />east. This limited sight distance is a factor for southbound traffic turning in either <br />direction onto McKinley Street conflicting with westbound McKinley Street. It might <br />also be noted that McKinley Street is proposed for eventual extension into the City of <br />Anoka by providing a connecting link to Thurston Street.
