Councilmcmbcr introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g93-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution g90-06-168 on June 12, t990 <br />approving a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, Chesmut Hills and Chesmut <br />Ponds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the <br />prelim/nary plat of Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tmsek, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for <br />plat approval of Phase II of Cedar Hills on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramscy: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Cedar Hills, Anoka Count),, Minnesota <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Phase II of Cedar Hills <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution in accordance with the Development <br />Agreement for Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon voting being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of May, 1993. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
