A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT F0"~A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 15100 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. WHEREAS, Anoka Hennepin School District No. 11, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit for placement of a temporary structure to provide additional classroom space on the property generally known as 15100 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the pubhc road 'known as Nowthen Blvd. (except therefrom a triangle containing 1/2 square rod descTibed as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of the sa.id South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, then North along the West line thereof a distance of t6.5 feet, thence to a Southeasterly direction to a point on the South line of said South Haft of Southeast Quarter for a distance of 16.5 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof, then West on said South line a distance of 16.5 feet to the point of beginning) (subject to an easement for road purposes over a tract of land that lies between a parallel line Southwesterly of and 60 feet distant of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast comer of Se. chon 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, then West on the north line of sa.id Section 26 a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning, then Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) 1550.00 feet and there terminating) (except all that part of'the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: commencing at a point on the South line of sa.id Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 431.45 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, then Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees 15 minutes (when measured East to North) along the centerline of Now'then Boulevard a distance of 752.0 feet, then Southwesterly at right angles to said centerline a distance of 375.00 feet, then South along a line drawn at right angles to the South line of sa.id Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 472.79 feet to said South line of Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, then East along said South line of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 694.69 feet to the point of commencement) (subject to an easement for road purposes over a tract of land that lies between a parallel line Southwesterly of and 60 feet distant of the following described line: Commencing at a point at the Northeast comer of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, then West on the North line of said Section 26 a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning, then Northwesterly at'an angle of 119 degrees 15 minutes (when measured from East to Norda) 1550.00 feet and there terminating).
