0 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br />public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 1, <br />1993 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of <br />said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the R-I Rural Residential District and is <br />approximately 50 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to place a 27-1/2' x 76' portable classroom on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary snmcture is to <br />provide additional classroom space. <br /> <br />That utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject <br />property for approximately two years and in the interim, the School District will <br />assess space needs and possible solutions thereto. <br /> <br />That the adjoining properties to the north, west and on the east side of Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W, are zoned R-I Residential and the property to the south is zoned B-2 <br />Business. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary sumcture will not increase traffic to or from the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental <br />to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding <br />properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will be rn_ajntained so as to be appropriate in <br />appearance with the character of the general area. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will be adequately served by essential publ/c <br />facilkies and services. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duty seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
