Councilmember introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g93-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT HILL <br />4TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property, upon recording of the plat, <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the south 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 28, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of a line described as beginning at <br />a point in the South line of said Government Lot 3, distant 881.45 feet West of the <br />Southeast corner thereof and ending at a point in the North line of said South 330 <br />feet distant 886.49 feet West of the East line of said Government Lot 3. <br /> <br />Together with that part of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of said Section 26, lying West of a line described as beginning at <br />a point in the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distant <br />657.55 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof and ending at a point in the North <br />1/ne of said South 330.00 feet distant 652.51 feet East of the West line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of <br />an EAW for Environmental Quality Board 0EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments <br />of Chestnut Hill, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May i 1, t989 the City of Ramsey received a letter from the EQB <br />acknowledging receipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no EIS would be required for <br />Chestnut Hill, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989 the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the <br />MUSA boundary to include the area of the proposed Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing regarding Chestnut Hill and on July 18, 1989 recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of Chestnut Hill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 <br />which rezoned the proposed Chestnut Hill from R-1 Rural Resident/al to R-1 Urban Residential; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commlssion met on October 12, 1989 <br />and recommended acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hill and Windemere <br />Woods, which included a combination of land and cash; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared <br />the proposed subdivision of Chestnut Hill consistent with the official zoning map and <br />Comprehensive Plan for the City of Ramsey as part of the subdivider's request for Tax Increment <br />Financing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Chestnut Hill as per the City Engineers review dated May 16, 1990; and <br /> <br /> <br />
