~ This plat will be serviced by municipal sewer and waterman, <br />which are proposed to be installed as a private development project. Plans <br />for the sanitary sewer and watermain must be reviewed and approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />~ Storm drainage from the subdivision shall be collected through <br />a combination of overland flow and storm sewer pipe. All collected runoff <br />will be channelled to a single discharge point into wetland 114), a DNR <br />protected waterbody. A drainage easement must be added to the plat along <br />the northwest line of Lot 4 of Block 3 to accommodate the storm sewer <br />proposed on the drainage and grading plan. Also calculations showing the <br />required detention ponding area must be submitted and a drainage easement <br />must be dedicated covering the required detention area. <br /> <br />pork Dedication. All land to be dedicated for park purposes was done so <br />with the f'mal plat of Chesmut Hill. In accordance with the development <br />agreement for Chestnut Hill, the park dedication for the originally planned <br />for lots in Chestnut Hill 4th Addition will consist of a cash contribution in <br />the amount of $215.15 per lot. The two lots gained as a result of the April, <br />1993 revision to the Chestnut Hill preliminary plat will pay a park <br />dedication cash contribution based on the current rate of $620.00 per lot. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 1993 to consider <br />your request for final plat approval of Chestnut Hill 4th Addition.
