Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #93-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNNY PONDS 3RD <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter <br />referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described <br />property locate~ in the City of Kamsey: <br /> <br />Ouflot A, Sunny Ponds, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on March 16, 1992, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Comrrfission <br />approved the sketch plan for Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 23, 1992 and <br />recommended acceptance of land and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and <br /> <br /> VgqlEREAS, on May 5, 1992, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing regarding Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds) and recommended <br />preliminary plat approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 26, 1992 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Fleischer's 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Sunny Ponds); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 23, 1992 and approved the final plat <br />for Sunny Ponds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 14, 1993 and approved the final plat <br />for Sunny Ponds 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
