Grading and Drainage: The rough grading for this Addition will be accomplished in <br />accordance with the approved Grading and Drainage Plan submitted at the time of <br />preliminary plat approval of Sunny Ponds. The drainage from the entire addition will flow <br />to a sedimentation basin prior to discharging into the DNR wetland. <br /> <br />Submission of Engineering Plans: The developer plans to construct the <br />improvements as a private project without City financing. Engineering plans for streets and <br />utilities must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approve prior to releasing <br />the plat for recording. These plans must be signed by a registered professional engineer, <br />licensed in Minnesota. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 1993 to consider <br />your request for final plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to <br />answer any questions that may arise. Enclosed for your review is a copy of the proposed <br />development agreement.
