Given the Metropolitan Council position, however, it is the staff position that it is in our best <br />interest to support the County request at this time. The total City out of pocket expense, including <br />the allocation to the County, is projected to be $24,395. Enclosed within the attachments is the <br />original RFP, a projected schedule, and the authorizing resolution.
