Jacobson recommend that when the 1994 budget is made up, the capital <br />expense account be reviewed very carefully for additional funds for the <br />purchase of new equipment. <br /> <br />O'Connell brought up the annual Anoka Area Chamber Golf <br />Tournament. Previously, QCTV and Meredith Cable were represent at <br />the tournament and the cost was split between the two. Ms. Dormelly- <br />Cohen stated that Meredith could not contribute this year. Discussion <br />followed on whether QCTV could afford to pick up the tab for the four- <br />some this year or to pay for two people. O'Cormell stated that the <br />money could come out of the Misc. Expense funds. Ms. Dormelly- <br />Cohen then stated that they would pay for two players. A motion was <br />made by Nagel and seconded Schroeder, THAT QCTV PAY FOR TWO <br />PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANOKA AREA CHAMBER GOLF <br />TOURNAMENT IF MEREDITH WOULD PAY FOR TWO. <br /> <br />6 ayes I nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Cotten asked Ms. Donnelly-Cohen if there was any further progress <br />with the joint trenching in Champlin. Ms. Donnelly-Cohen stated that <br />the Champlin Engineer was not aware of the problem and that he <br />wanted the request to joint trench in writing. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT - 5 None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - 6 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Nagel, seconded by Volk, TO ADJOURN THE <br /> MEETING. <br /> <br />7 ayes - 0 nays.
