These services will include: <br /> <br />Intervention Program advocates review non-arrest incident <br />reports provided by the Ramsey Police Department and assesses <br />the need for victim contact. <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br />Upon receiving an arrest cal from the Ramsey Police <br />Department, an Intervention Program advocate will attempt to <br />contact the victim of the crime by phone and explain program <br />services and provide information about civil and criminal <br />court processes, legal options and appropriate referrals. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Intervention Program advocate will meet with the victim if <br />victim so desires. <br /> <br />Intervention Program advocate will'[~.assist victim in filing <br />assault charges and will refer victim to an Alexandra House <br />community advocate for filing of civil, court orders, i.e. and <br />Order for Protection or Harassment ReStraining Order. <br /> <br />If attempted contacts by phone are unsuccessful, a letter will <br />be sent to the victim explaining program services. <br /> <br /> P.O.
