City of Ramsey
Page Six

* Shelter advocates work out of very crowded offices that are located away from
the common areas. Women and children/youth must make a special effort and pass
through a complex maze of doors and offices to find an advocate to speak with.
Resident and community families confidentiality is comprised due to lack of
private space for intake, support and discussion.

* The administrative offices are intermingled with program office. This is a
problem in part, because women and children/youth's privacy is invaded when
officials come to meet with administrators and program staff.
