On July 27, 1993, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution 4~93-07-151 identifying planning needs, both at the local and County level, and authorizing entering into agreements for these services upon allocation of funding sources. On August 10, 1993, the Ramsey City Council will be conducting a public hearing regarding uses for unallocated 1992 CDBG funds. With all certa_inty, it is expected that the City Council wLll adopt a resolution that same evening to a/locate the entire'S23,918.00 for planning purposes identified in Resolution 93-07-151. Top priority will be given to providing your office with a copy of the public hearing minutes and ensuing resolution on August 11. You mention in your July 27 transmittal that you will be preparing the August 17 Intergovernmental Committee Meeting Agenda on August 3rd. I hereby request that you include Ramsey's CDBG request on that agenda and the subsequent August 24 County Board agenda in anticipation of receiving the official City documents ('hearing notice, hearing minutes, resolution) in your office on August 11 or 12, at the latest.
