WHEREAS, on July 29, 1993, the City of Ramsey received notification from Anoka <br />County that unallocated 1992 CDBG funds in the amount of $23,918.00 are eligible to be utilized <br />for planning purposes. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since 1981 and as recently as February 23, 1993, the Ramsey City Council <br />has taken the position to utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to fund <br />planning, economic development and capital improvement projects. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That 1992 Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $23,918.00 be <br />allocated toward the following efforts: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Land Use Plan Update <br />Shoreland Management Update <br />Transportation Plan Update <br />Participation in Anoka County Transportation Plan Update <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
